Controller input is the language the player uses to communicate with the game. My aim is to keep that language simple, intuitive and consistent. I'm not going to switch button inputs, or restrict you from performing any action just to suit the story.
This consistency will extend to the world itself. Every item the player can carry will be an object in the world, and can be dropped, given to another player, or hidden.
As an agent of The Agency, you will have defined objectives, but how you carry out those objectives is up to you. The game will not end if you fail, or refuse to complete your missions, and the consequences of your actions will carry from one mission to the next. Every decision, every action will be yours.
